Refund Policy

ReturnsWe want you to love your Slushy Maker Cup. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your item is malfunctioning or arrived damaged, please email us at info@slushyfun.com with your order number along with photo or video proof of the defect. Once reviewed, we'll issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable ItemsWe cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
