How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. There is no separate handling or processing charge added at checkout.
How long will my order take?+
Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive in 7–12 business days. The estimate for your exact address is shown at checkout before you pay.
What is the return policy?+
Every order is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked guarantee. That applies to everything we sell, including the commercial slushy machine, not just the small items. Email info@slushyfun.com and we will sort it out.

Using the cup
How long does the cup need to freeze?+
4–6 hours is ideal. Most people freeze it overnight so it is always ready in the morning. You can freeze several cups at once and rotate them, so one is always charged while the other recharges.
Which drinks work best?+
Any cold drink works — soda, juice, lemonade, energy drinks, sports drinks, iced tea, cocktails and mocktails. The colder your drink going in, the thicker the slushy. Room-temperature or warm liquids will not give the best result, so chill the drink first.
How long does it take to make a slushy?+
30–60 seconds of squeezing once the cup is frozen and the drink is poured in. No blender, no ice, and no electricity.
How long does the slushy stay slushy?+
Around 15–20 minutes once made. It is best fresh. If you want it to last longer, put the cup back in the freezer between sips.
How do I clean it?+
Rinse the outer shell with warm soapy water after each use. Hand-wash the inner freezable liner only — avoid the dishwasher, because high heat degrades the cooling gel over time. A quick rinse after each use is usually enough.
Is it safe for kids?+
Yes. The cup is made from BPA-free, food-grade materials with no sharp parts. The gel inside is fully sealed and never comes into contact with your drink.

Can I change or cancel my order?+
Email info@slushyfun.com as soon as you can. If the order has not left the warehouse we can usually change or cancel it. After that, the 30-day guarantee has you covered.
